多光譜紅外靶標(biāo)-多孔徑紅外靶標(biāo)-IR 704紅外輻射源 是一套用于測(cè)試多波長(zhǎng)下真溫場(chǎng)的多光譜目標(biāo)系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)集成了黑體源、電動(dòng)光闌轉(zhuǎn)輪、電動(dòng)濾光片、高速快門和高速濾光快門等核心部件,被設(shè)計(jì)為一個(gè)強(qiáng)制風(fēng)冷多光譜、多孔徑目標(biāo)系統(tǒng),既可以直接與準(zhǔn)直儀/目標(biāo)投影系統(tǒng)集成在一起,也可以直接作為一個(gè)目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)操作可通過內(nèi)部微處理器(帶有RS-232/RS-485控制接口或輔助的直接硬件端口)進(jìn)行控制。

其獨(dú)立控制功能,使IR-704系統(tǒng)的濾光片/孔徑/快門選項(xiàng)以及變溫黑體輻射源(從50oC到1050oC)存在32種不同的組合,這樣提供了接近無限的紅外能量輸出變化。內(nèi)部黑體由IR-301控制器控制,RS-232接口可遠(yuǎn)程控制所有功能。
Infrared Systems Development Corporation (ISDC) was formed in 1997 with the acquisition of Graseby Infrared’s instrument product lines, which were acquired from Infrared Industries (IRI), Infrared Systems (IRS), and Barnes Engineering Company. These products include blackbody sources, spectral radiometer systems, energy modulators and accessories.
The engineering, manufacturing and technical personnel involved with these products since their inception are included in the complement of our personnel.
We have modified and improved many of these products and have developed several new products, such as our infrared detector preamplifiers, and TE Cooled blackbody.
All of our products are developed and manufactured at our facility in Orlando Florida.

The IR-704 system integrates a Blackbody source, Motorized Aperture wheel, Motorized Filter Wheel, High Speed Shutter and High Speed Filter Shutter. The system was designed as a forced air-cooled Multi-Spectral, Multi-Aperture target system for direct integration with collimator / target projection systems, but can also be used as a direct target system. System operations are controlled by an internal microprocessor with RS-232 / RS-485 control interface, or an auxiliary direct hardware port.
The system is optically arranged with a ?” Cavity Blackbody source, 4 position aperture wheel, 4 position filter wheel, filter solenoid and shutter solenoid. Each of the assets are individually controlled via Serial port commands to allow Blackbody temperature control, Aperture selection, Filter selection, Shutter solenoid activation and Filter solenoid activation. The activation time of the shutter and filter solenoids is less than 5 milliseconds to allow target high-speed progression from Off to Dual filtered to filtered in less than 10 milliseconds. 工作原理:
根據(jù)輻射理論,任何物體只要不處于零度(-273.15 ℃),那么在其他任意溫度下都存在熱輻射。處于熱平衡狀態(tài)的黑體在半球方向的單色輻射出射度是波長(zhǎng)和溫度的函數(shù)。在一定的波長(zhǎng)下,黑體的單色輻射出射度是溫度的單值函數(shù),可以通過某一波長(zhǎng)下的單色輻射出射度的測(cè)量來得出黑體的溫度。這就是輻射測(cè)溫學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ),黑體輻射的普朗克輻射定律。
一般來說,紅外熱像儀是利用紅外探測(cè)器和光學(xué)成像物鏡接收被測(cè)目標(biāo)的紅外輻射能量分布圖形反映到紅外探測(cè)器的光敏元件上,從而獲得紅外熱像圖,這種熱像圖與物體表面的熱分布場(chǎng)相對(duì)應(yīng),但是目前利用熱像儀獲取熱圖像的裝置都是以單波長(zhǎng)為主,只能獲取被測(cè)目標(biāo)在某一特定波長(zhǎng)下的亮溫場(chǎng),不能獲得被測(cè)目標(biāo)的真溫場(chǎng),而多光譜紅外熱像儀則能很好的解決這一問題,那么對(duì)于多光譜紅外熱像儀就需要在不同的光譜和不同孔徑的目標(biāo)下進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn),ISDC IR-704/301系統(tǒng)包括一個(gè)?”腔式黑體源、4孔光闌轉(zhuǎn)輪、4位濾光片、濾光片控制線圈和快門控制線圈。每部分功能都通過串口命令進(jìn)行單獨(dú)控制,包括黑體溫度控制、孔徑選擇、濾光片選擇、快門控制線圈激活和濾光片控制線圈激活??扉T和濾光片控制線圈的激活時(shí)間小于5ms,可使目標(biāo)在不到10ms的時(shí)間內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)從“關(guān)閉”到“雙濾波”再到“濾波”的高速進(jìn)程,可用于多光譜紅外熱像儀的各項(xiàng)校準(zhǔn),如分辨率、靈敏度、噪聲等效溫差NETD、最小可分辨溫差MRTD等。
