Large Inspector Classic is a medium-big sized DCC bridge CMM designed and manufactured by Hexagon Metrology Qingdao, it has excellent price/cost ratio.
Large Inspector Classic is used in a number of industrial applications, such as first and final part test, fixture qualification and process control, besides, it’s also ideal for prismatic test. As a perfect solution for any industrial metrology applications, Large Inspector Classic highly increases the throughput and accuracy of all your measurement and test operations with lowest investment.
From the base machine structure point of view, Inspector Classic features all-aluminum construction and utilized comprehensive CAD techniques, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Module Analysis, with the result of improved thermal, dimensional/torsional, and geometrical stability and reduces structural deflection and the effects of vibrations and thermal variation on measuring performance. Wrap-around air bearing design optimizes the axis kinematics movement. Therefore the whole system characterizes the optimum measuring repeatability and long-term system consistency.

HH-AS8-T5 can rotate in horizontal and vertical direction freely. It can be precisely indexed to reach 3024 highly repeatable attitudes with fine (5°) angular index increments. Its index speed is 90° in 2 sECOnds and can handles up to 300 mm long probe extensions. HH-AS8-T5 is capable of connecting touch trigger probe as well as other probing systems, such as analog scanning probing system and non-contact probing system. HH-AS8-T5 is specially designed to save measuring range of CMM by putting partial structure inside the Z column during the installation, which represents a significant increase of measuring volume.

The HP-S-X1S is a high speed & high accuracy indexable continuous scanning probe head. It enables scanning and touch-trigger probing in the same probe system and supports all the standard probing modes like: Single Point Probing, Self-Centering as well as Continuous High Speed Scanning for fast and accurate form and profile measurements. Besides, it has shorter styli calibration times because of touch-trigger calibration mode.
The HP-S-X1S has a compact structure with small outer diameter of 30mm, which allows optimum access to the measured part as well as the deep inside measurement. Equipped with TESA motorized indexing probe heads of HH-A-T or HH-AS-T, the HP-S-X1S can provide a flexible and efficient measurement.
The HP-S-X1S allows the use of probe extensions & M3 styli in the ranges from 20~115mm in vertical direction, 0~20mm in horizontal direction.
The probe can automatically be changed using the optional TESA automatic probe changer rack TR-R, while automatic styli changes are possible with the optional HR-X styli changer rack with no need of recurrent qualification.

??怂箍?/span>負責(zé)測量機的安裝、調(diào)試以及測量機安裝現(xiàn)場的最終驗收。所有的包裝箱都需要在??怂箍?/span>工程師監(jiān)督和認可的情況下才能開啟。
只有當滿足了供貨方在《機房施工指南》中所要求的環(huán)境條件,才能進行測量機的安裝。
需方必須提供相應(yīng)的機器吊裝設(shè)施及內(nèi)部運送和拆裝所需的人力資源,供方負責(zé)機器吊裝設(shè)施及內(nèi)部運送和拆裝過程中的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。
System installation includes installation, start-up and metrology test and will be carried out by the service engineer of Hexagon Metrology Qingdao. All boxes shall be opened only under the supervision of a Hexagon Metrology Qingdao engineer. During the installation, support for connections, internal transportation and unpacking must be provided.
Concerning environment and facilities for the CMM installation, the buyer must meet the requirement specified in Site Preparation Guide provided by seller before the installation.
Fork lift truck or suitable lifting equipment must be provided by the buyer as well as the manpower needed for internal transportation and unpacking. Supplier should offer technical guide.
