
CRS3000型通用款試驗(yàn)臺(tái)該款試驗(yàn)臺(tái)主機(jī)傳動(dòng)采用變頻無級(jí)調(diào)速;集噴油泵試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的完善技術(shù)和新型共軌的結(jié)合,既可以檢測(cè)普通的機(jī)械式噴油泵,也可以實(shí)現(xiàn)共軌油泵、共軌噴油器及電控調(diào)速器油泵。通過控制系統(tǒng)用戶可以設(shè)定控制參數(shù),試驗(yàn)臺(tái)模擬ECU輸出燃油噴射控制信號(hào),驅(qū)動(dòng)共軌高壓泵和共軌噴油器協(xié)同工作。本控制系統(tǒng)的噴油器驅(qū)動(dòng)信號(hào)脈寬及頻率可調(diào);短路保護(hù)功能;可以實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量軌道壓力,并具有高壓保護(hù)功能,電控油泵的測(cè)試科根據(jù)用戶需要附加。該設(shè)備的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)功率為15KW。
