Tornado測量機集單點探測和模擬掃描技術為一體的高性能檢測設備，可選配同時安裝接觸式和非接觸掃描測頭?；谛乱淮叻€(wěn)定性控制系統(tǒng)，并與精度補償系統(tǒng)進行結合與優(yōu)化，加上的算法，可實現(xiàn)高速、高精度模擬開環(huán)以及閉環(huán)掃描。

Tornado serials combines single-point probing and analog scanning in a single high performance measuring machine also can equipped with contact and non-contact probe system. Based on the new generation of controller combines and optimizes temperature and accuracy compensation systems and advanced algorithms to support high-speed, high-accuracy analog open and closed loop scanning.

- 固定花崗石工作臺，X、Z軸采用超高剛性航空鋁技術，通過減輕運動負荷從而提高了整機的性能，

是保證穩(wěn)定性和剛性的結構設計。

- 測量機主導軌采用槽型截面設計，空氣軸承按封閉式靜壓導軌布局，增大了氣膜剛性，提高了Y向氣浮導軌的精度

- 高精度高氣膜剛性的自清潔式預載荷氣浮軸承-三軸均采用大功率驅動器、電機及新型雙級帶減速器，確保傳動準
